Wheat, the main raw material, is sourced not only from Konya and surrounding regions but also from other parts of Turkey such as Adana, Tekirdağ, and Çukurova, as well as from the Turkish Grain Board (TMO). The company's wheat silos have a storage capacity of 35,000 tons. In our region, Bezostaja and Gerek-type wheat are mainly cultivated.
Our group maintains its high standards when it comes to quality. If the local wheat does not meet the desired standards, high-quality wheat is imported from abroad to ensure optimal blending. This commitment to quality is evident at every stage — from wheat procurement to flour production and distribution.
