Al-San Gıda Tic. ve San. A.S. was established in 1992 as part of the Albayrak Group of Companies. Production began in 1995 with the “MERAM®” flour brand. At that time, the daily wheat processing capacity was 200 tons, which increased to 400 tons in 1998, 500 tons in 2012, and reached 700 tons in 2015 through additional investments.
During this process, our brands “MERAM®” and “DEMRE®” quickly became some of the most recognized names in Turkey’s sack and packaged flour sector, known for their consistent quality and competitive prices.
