Within the foundation purposes of our institution providing opportunities to our members in order to develop and strengthen our members' bilateral relations, especially commercial, organizing events that for its members and for non-members can attend and providing incentives to the members organizing B2B meetings to improve their trade and exports and Chamber makes all kinds of similar initiatives. Our chamber can engage in international or cooperation activities to achieve these targets. In this context, through List Of Company website and services which were given by Chamber, members who want to benefit from B2B organizations, their personal data such as name, surname, contact information, to be able to realize the stated aims and activities and in order to serve its members and to do membership transactions can be shared with cooperating institutions and organizations for use both domestically and abroad.
Your personal data, in order to benefit from the services mentioned above through the forms which were transmitted to our Chamber by you, by using electronic communication tools, through solution partners, through verbal or written communication of information to Chamber employees, during the activities it is collected through automatic or non-automatic methods, by verbal or written communication. As stated in the Clauses 5/2-c-d-e of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, “to be necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, personal information is made public by the person interested, to be mandatory for the data controller to fulfill her/his legal obligation and data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person interested” is processed depending on legal reasons.
