Ayvazoğlu Metal, whose foundations were laid by Mahmut Ayvaz half a century ago, continues its activities with the principle of “production, investment, employment for Turkey”.
In the production journey that we started with turning works in an area of 25 square meters on Mengene Street, the transition to the metal processing sector has been made since 1995.
Our company, which took the first step towards institutionalization in 2000, took the trade name of "Ayvazoğlu Metal Machinery Automotive Industry Trade Limited Company".
WE GROW WITH INVESTMENT
Ayvazoğlu Metal, which invested in a CNC plasma cutting machine in 2010 in the metal processing sector, which we started with an optical reader cutting machine,
caught the technology of the day by adding the first CNC fiber optic laser cutting machine to its machine park in 2014. Our company, which included the second CNC fiber optic laser machine in the production line in 2015, invested in two more laser cutting machines in 2017 and established its second production facility.
FIFTH DIMENSION IN LASER CUTTING
Our company, which constantly invests in technology, broke new ground in our country and offered the 5-axis fiber optic laser cutting machine to the service of the Turkish manufacturer.
For the first time in Turkey, the domestic manufacturer pioneered the production of a 5-axis laser cutting machine, and this machine was produced for Ayvazoğlu Metal.
TWO FACILITIES GIANT CAPACITY
At this point, Ayvazoğlu Metal has reached an annual metal processing capacity of 16 thousand tons with a production area of 3 thousand 500 square meters and 20 personnel in two separate factories.
Conditioned for our country to reach its 2023 targets, Ayvazoğlu Metal will continue to provide “production, investment, employment” for Turkey without compromising its principles in this direction.
