In 1969, Çıray Ticaret was established in Konya by Fahrettin Çıray as Çıray Ticaret in the glass and construction materials sector. Continuing its development in the construction sector through retail glass and construction materials sales in its early years, Çıray Ticaret was institutionalized as Çıraylar Glass Construction Materials Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company in 1997 and became a sectoral company in the Konya region. In 1997, it opened a heat-insulated double-glazing facility to meet the regional needs. In addition, the wholesale sales department for PVC accessories and PVC reinforcement steel, which will operate in the PVC sector, was opened in 1998 by acquiring the regional dealerships of many leading companies in Turkey and worldwide. Continuing to expand its sales and operations, our company closely follows the technology of the 2000s and moved to its new factory in 2001 with a closed area of 2500 m2 and commissioned the first fully automatic jumbo glass cutting line. In 2003, taking into account the developments in the sector, it acquired the Authorized Dealership of Şişecam Flat Glass and the Authorized Manufacturer of Insulated Glass, which were needed in the region, and it still continues insulated glass production and wholesale glass sales as a regional dealer. In 2004, it increased its production capacity by commissioning the Second Jumbo Glass cutting line and the Second Insulated Glass production facility. Our company, which adopts the principle of serving its customers, commissioned the first tempered glass line in the region in November 2006. Continuing to obtain dealerships of world companies in 2007, our company started aluminum sales in the second six months of 2007. In early 2008, it further increased the service it provides to its customers by commissioning its third insulated glass production facility. Our company continues to serve in an open area of 20,000 m² and a closed area of 16,000 m².
