Our company founded in 1970 and we are a producer/exporter company in Turkey for production of turn-key irrigation pipe extrusion lines.
With our proficiency and technology we have settled more than 200 turnkey pipe extrusion lines in Turkey, Balkans, South America, North Africa, CIS and Middle-East.

* Symmetric-dripper Flat Drip Irrigation Pipe Line with 325 mt/min real production speed at 20 cm spacing.
* Nano-dripper Flat Drip Irrigation Pipe Line with 325 mt/min real production speed at 20 cm spacing.
* Triple layer Round-Drip Pipe (GR) line with 120 mt/min real production speed.
* Our own design molds for Round Drippers (64 cavities), Symmetric Flat Drippers (128 cavities), Nano (Asymmetric) Flat Drippers (128 cavities) and drip irrigation ancillary equipment.
* 6 / 10 Stations Dripper Flow Rate (LPH) and Bursting Pressure Test Machine.
* LDPE or HDPE Plain Pipe Extrusion Lines with diameters between 4 mm. to 125 mm.
* 100 mt/min Flat-Drip Pipe Recoiling and Automatic Welding Machine.
* Symmetric and Nano Flat Drippers Quality Controlling Machine.

In Damla Plast, all units of the machines have been producing in house including the software of the machines with cooperation of world's top quality brands like Omron, Siemens, Baumüller, Rossi, Festo, Moretto, FAG, INA and etc.
