Founded by Mustafa BAYKAN in 1968, ÖNDER KOZMETİK made its mark in the industry with the production of cologne and rosewater, achieving significant growth since 1980. As a result of its efforts, ÖNDER KOZMETİK established franchises across the country and, in 1990, introduced the GIPTA brand to the market. Under the leadership of Mustafa BAYKAN, the company began working on corporate development and branding. In 1996, ÖNDER KOZMETİK became Önder Kozmetik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, partnering with his son Hasan BAYKAN to establish the company.
