KAYAHAN Group became the largest dimensional capacity of hydraulic cylinder manufacturer in Turkey with a capacity of 1.8m diameter or 23m length honing. All production processes except for heat treatment can be performed in our own facilities as hard chrome plating, honing, deep hole drilling, welding. Kayahan established its own NiCr plating facility at the beginning of 2015, besides many years of experience in hard chrome plating. Facilities are in 73.000m2 of which 28.000m2 is a closed area.
Kayahan is an expert on engineering & manufacturing heavy-duty hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders based on customers’ requirements. The advantage of the company is the capability of manufacturing of large-size hydraulic cylinders with high volume in a short period of time. 100% quality control during manufacturing and assembly exhibits the difference of the company from other companies.

Kayahan has started its worldwide export activities in the 1990s. Present, %85 of the hydraulic cylinder products are exported to European countries, especially to Austria, Germany, Sweeden, Usa, France and Pakistan, etc. in almost 50 countries. Kayahan is Turkey’s export leader for heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders for many years.
