Our company, which started operating in the casting sector in 1985, has also started to produce power and motion transmission organs since the early nineties. Our company, which has been constantly improving itself since the day it was founded, manufactures standard Conical Bushings, V pulleys, Poly-V pulleys, Timing pulleys, Couplings, Fan connection hubs and special sizes according to customer requests.
Our company is established on a closed area of 12,000 m2, a total of 20,000 m2, and contributes to our country's economy by exporting to over 40 countries in the world, especially Germany and other European countries. Our company, which includes a foundry, machining, modeling, paint shop and phosphate coating department, has become a facility that manufactures power transmission organs in a completely integrated manner.
In the laboratories in our facility, we carry out quality to the next level with spectro analysis, mechanical analysis, tensile test, microscopic structure, hardness test, ultrasonic test device, sand analysis test, simulation program, CMM (3D measurement device), portable CMM (Portable with Arm), surface roughness device and paint thickness measurement devices, and we also carry out problem-free and professional production in manufacturing.
We have adopted zero error as a principle with the quality control devices we use in our production. Our primary goal has been to increase success and maintain continuity by working in team spirit with our young, dynamic and technical staff.
